Refund And Return Policy

If you’re here, chances are something went wrong with your order. Before trying to make a return, read our policy below so you know what to expect and how we can help you.

General Information

Problems with your purchase must be reported within 25 days of purchase. Returns can not be made after 25 days have passed. Thank you for understanding.

Return Reasons

If the order has not yet been fulfilled, cancellation may be possible. However, if the order has been fulfilled and is already being created by the manufacturer, we can no longer refund it and they will ship it to the address listed on the order.

Contact the courier to ask them what the status of your package is. They may have left it in a strange or unexpected spot on your property, and calling them may provide hints where it is. Extreme weather or other emergencies may have also delayed it. If was lost in the mail, let us know within 21 days or sooner of your purchase date. We will not be able to re-ship your package if you contact us too late.

Send us a picture of the damaged box and product

If the shipment box is undamaged, but the product inside is damaged, defective, or misprinted, send us a photo of the product, box, and the damage. We may be able to ship a replacement at no cost to you.

If the item returns to us, you can pay shipping in order for us to ship it again to the new address you provide. Please double check the address to ensure it is complete and correct.

The package ships, and the recipient does not return the package to sender. you will need to buy the item(s) again and use the correct address for shipping.

Return Misuse

ReliaPet™ monitors all returns for abuse to ensure fair and responsible practices. Returns are intended for instances of product defects, damages during shipping, or errors on our part. We reserve the right to limit or refuse returns if items show signs of intentional damage, excessive wear, or misuse. Excessive returns or patterns of abuse regarding our return policy may result in refusal of future return requests. These measures are in place to protect ReliaPet™ and maintain quality service for our customers.
